Shane Grant was appointed Executive Vice President & CEO, Danone North America and a member of the Danone Executive Committee in May 2020. He assumed the additional role of co-CEO, Danone in March 2021.
Before joining Danone, Shane Grant spent almost 20 years with The Coca-Cola Company, where he held various leadership roles of increasing scale in executive marketing, commercial and general management, including SVP Glacéau and President, Coca-Cola Canada before being appointed President of the Still beverages business unit for Coca-Cola North America.
Shane joined Coca-Cola in Sydney, Australia, and held brand and category leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, then globally based in Atlanta. Before joining Coca-Cola, Shane worked for Unilever in where he held customer leadership, supply chain and brand management positions.
Shane is a native of New Zealand and holds Business and Arts degrees from the University of Auckland. He has resided in North America since 2005.
